At Farleigh Investigations, we have been involved with numerous Local Authorities and Housing Associations, providing the perfect partnership to help combat anti-social behaviour such as graffiti, vandalism, alcohol and drug abuse, violence, victimisation and racial harassment.

Under the Professional Witness Scheme we gather evidence to the level of criminal proof through covert surveillance, as well as undertaking the sympathetic interviewing and protection of victims.

Pre-occupancy Tenant Enquiry
If you have encountered problems of anti-social behaviour by "new" tenants why not eradicate the time, cost and effort in the future with a pre-screening survey of your proposed tenants. The service provided would give you the choice of appropriately allocating this tenant into the right property or show just cause for not accepting them.

The pre-screening service would provide a more detailed history not necessarily provided by the previous landlord and include:
